Resturant Review: Biscuit Belly

A new staple that has just hit the streets of Louisville is Biscuit Belly. This place got my attention by its name alone. Everyone who knows me knows I am a big foodie. I like a good breakfast, but I especially like a good biscuit.

Bruce and I checked out this place in the neighborhood of NULU, and got there with a major appetite for something good. As I walked in I could feel the place alone had a good vibe and a comforting environment like southern hospitality at its finest. Now when you go to a restaurant what is the first thing you do? BISCUIT BELLY MENU

So many good choices to choose from but we got down to business on that. We ordered the PRALINE BRONUTS for the table and we both order the same thing. We both ordered THE ROCKWELL biscuit sandwich the a side of their NAKED HASH BROWNS.

I give the restaurant itself a 10/10 for service, cleanliness, and hospitality. The servers were very knowledgeable. The food was reasonably priced, fresh, and delicious.

The biscuit was golden brown, buttery, soft and very flavorful alone. The goetta sausage gravy was smooth and the combination with the cheese was great. The chicken itself was cooked as close to perfection as possible. It had a crispy coating and was seasoned very well. Biscuit Belly also has its own lemonade that was one of the best I have ever tasted. I more than definitely recommend this place and bring some friends along with you as well.
